Ms. Tobi M. Bitner, attended Kansas University, School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bitner utilized her Business Degree, working as a Technical Writer and Human Resources Director for an International Software Company in the Kansas City Metro Area.  As a strong advocate in her small community and in the workplace, Ms. Bitner's desire to assist those in need led her to seek her Law Degree.

While in law school, Ms. Bitner interned as a legal assistant to the Kansas City Regional General Counsel Office of United States Department of Agriculture, as an intern for a lobbyist in Topeka, KS, and later as a Prosecutor at the Johnson County District Attorney's Office.  Upon graduation, wishing to remain in the metro area, Ms. Bitner entered private practice in the Johnson County, KS area.

Ms. Bitner specializes in criminal defense and family law.  Ms. Bitner has successfully assisted her clients in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and also devotes some of her practice to the area of employment law.  

Ms. Bitner is a Kansas native and happily raises her family in a small town near the Kansas City Metro Area.  As an advocate in her community, Ms. Bitner has donated her time as an active member of her local planning commission.
